1. Please carry your original driving license. For Indians, carry Aadhar card (with mobile number linked). For non-Indians, carry your original passport.
2. The deposit amount will range from Rs. 3000 to Rs. 5000 (refundable), depending on the model of the bike.
3. The full amount (rent + tax + deposit) must be paid when renting a bike.
4. Two helmets will be provided free of charge.
5. The limit is 100 km per day, with Rs. 5 charged for each extra kilometer thereafter.
6. Delivery/pickup charges will be a minimum of Rs. 200 (charges may vary by distance).
7. In case of any cancellation, the booking amount will not be refunded.
8. The booking amount will range from Rs. 500 to Rs. 1000, depending on the bike. Without the booking amount, the vehicle cannot be held or delivered (the booking amount is deductible from the rent).
9. Booking dates cannot be postponed or preponed.
10. Your deposit amount will be refunded when you return the bike.
11. Always check the availability of the bike before you start from your place.
12. Renters must be 20 years or older.
13. Any damage to the vehicle or loss of the vehicle is the responsibility of the renter.
14. Fuel costs are the responsibility of the renter.
15. No refund or discount will be provided for excess petrol left after returning the bike.
16. Drivers/Renters are responsible for their driving, personal safety, the safety of passengers, and the safety of the bike.
17. During your rental period, if any online challan is issued, you are responsible for paying it. Sometimes challans may be reflected a few days after returning the bike, and in such cases, you will still be required to pay the challan.
